What is ZiadaPOS?
ZiadaPOS is a point-of-sale platform for recording sales, tracking inventory, and reviewing business activity. It supports retail, wholesale, combined retail and wholesale, and pharmacy business types.
Does ZiadaPOS support mobile money payments?
The checkout supports payment methods including M-Pesa and Tigo Pesa, alongside cash, bank, and credit. Confirm the payment process available to your business during setup.
Can I manage more than one shop?
ZiadaPOS includes store and branch management. The number of stores available depends on your subscription setup; contact the team for current plan details.
How long is the trial?
The current signup flow offers a seven-day trial with a one-time fee of TZS 10,000.
Which types of business can use ZiadaPOS?
The platform supports retail, wholesale, combined retail and wholesale, and pharmacy business types. Retail examples include dukas, grocery shops, minimarkets, fashion retailers, and electronics shops.
How does pharmacy expiry tracking work?
Pharmacy inventory stores batch quantities and expiry dates, can alert staff to expired and near-expiry batches, and allocates available stock by earliest expiry first. Staff remain responsible for pharmacy decisions and regulatory checks.
Does the pharmacy module validate prescriptions?
The system can record prescription supply details against a sale. It does not automatically validate a prescription or replace a qualified staff member’s checks.
Where can I get current subscription prices?
The public signup API currently does not list active plans. Contact support@ziadapos.com for current pricing, included stores, and setup information.
